By using BuyChina's services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Service Description
BuyChina provides a purchasing agent service that helps international customers buy products from Chinese e-commerce platforms (Taobao, Tmall, 1688). We act as an intermediary and are not the seller of any products.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and are liable for all activities under your account.
3. Prohibited Items
Users may not request purchase of illegal items, counterfeit goods, or items restricted by export/import regulations.
4. Payments & Pricing
All prices include our service fee. Payments are held in escrow until you confirm receipt. Exchange rates are updated daily.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted for items that are significantly different from the listing, damaged, or wrong.
7. Limitation of Liability
BuyChina acts as a purchasing agent. Our liability is limited to the service fee charged.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
